Messe Düsseldorf is postponing its events. This also affects trade events such as the Tube and Wire trade fairs.
In doing so, Messe Düsseldorf is following the recommendation of the crisis management team of the German government to take into account the principles of the Robert Koch Institute when assessing the risk of major events. On the basis of this recommendation and the recent significant increase in the number of corona infections in Europe, Messe Düsseldorf has reassessed the situation. At the same time, it was particularly important to the organisers to give all those involved the greatest possible planning security, which is the reason why a new date for the trade fair has already been set.
The world’s leading international trade fairs for the wire, cable and tube industry will now take place from 7 to 11 December 2020 at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre.
