The KSEM PLUS drilling concept is simple but effective. It combines the benefits of the KSEM modular drill (high wear resistance and flexibility) with the benefits of an indexable drill (high cutting speeds and low machining costs).

KSEM PLUS system is a modular drilling platform, offering a pre-mountable HSS head with pocket seats for carbide inserts. The KSEM PLUS modular drill system features two head styles that are interchangeable on fitting tool bodies with the flexible FDS interface.

The KSEM PLUS system performs in steel, cast iron, stainless steel and advanced materials. The diameter range comprises ø 28 – 101 mm from 1,5 up to 10 x D.
